What can cost extra — and why.
SMS reminders are a metered add-on at a visible per-message price, or connect your own Twilio account. Sending from your own email domain or mailbox is free to connect; the provider bills its own costs. There is nothing else — no setup fees, no per-user fees, no commission on your bookings.
How does the 30-day trial work?
Card at signup, no charge until day 31, cancel anytime before with one click. Annual plans pay 10 months for 12.
What if I stop paying?
Your account becomes read-only with export always available; after 90 days of non-payment the data is deleted — with warnings and export offers before.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade takes effect immediately (prorated); downgrades at the end of the period once you fit the smaller size. Existing customers keep the price they signed up on.
